Each customer will usually have a limit on the total amount of server resources they can use, but this will be defined by your hosting package.
You will have to request a domain transfer token from your current domain registar, after you can login to your account on FineHosting and choose option to transfer a domain to FineHosting. After entering your code and transfer code, the system will automatically transfer your domain over to us.
Login to your customer billing panel at https://cp.finehosting.nl/clientarea.php after you will be able to manage your services and login to your cPanel platform where you can manage your website. There you will find option to integrate Cloudflare. After following the steps on the Cloudflare page and connecting your domain to your hosting plan, you will be able to start building your website!
